Highlights: As an experienced foresight expert and consultant, she has been leading foresight projects for renowned national and international companies and institutions, at management level, since the year 2000. To date, her clients have included organisations such as Alstom, BASF, BBVA, DEFRA (UK Department for the Environment and Rural Affairs) or South Korean Telecom and UKCES (UK Commission for Employment and Skills).
From 2000 to 2014, Cornelia Daheim worked for Z_punkt The Foresight Company, leading the company as a managing partner from 2008 to 2014. She successfully developed Z_punkt’s international business and a new quantification and modelling approach in corporate foresight.
She draws from her 15 years of experience in foresight und her multidisciplinary team of professionals. Within the framework of international as well as European research networks, Ms Daheim works in different functions on several future issues, e. g. in 2003, she founded, and has since chaired, the Millennium Project’s German Node (the MP is the world’s largest continuous foresight NGO working on global change). Furthermore she is the Vice President of the Foresight Europe Network, member of the Scientific Committee of the EU Commissions’ Board for the “Futures-Oriented Technology Analysis Conference” and serves on the Association of Professsional Futurists’ (APF) Professionalization Expert Task Force.
