For the Laudes Foundation:
For and with the Laudes Foundation, we explored ways to drive systemic change in key sectors – fashion, the built environment, and finance and capital markets. Through two complementary foresight projects, we identified critical pathways to a more inclusive, climate-positive economy and supported the Foundation´s strategic planning.
The Future of Sustainability in the Fashion Industry
We realised a foresight study to identify key issues and strategic levers for sustainability in the fashion sector. Using a participatory approach, we engaged international experts through a Delphi survey and a series of workshops. The study focused on challenges and opportunities around working conditions, poverty, and environmental impact, resulting in insights and recommendations to drive sustainability. The project was carried out in collaboration with the Millennium Project and 4CF.
The study is available here.
Systems Baseline / Sustainability Perspectives in Fashion, the Built Environment and Finance
To support the Foundation’s Theory of Change, we developed a systems baseline report assessing sustainability progress and future perspectives across three key sectors: fashion, the built environment, and finance and capital markets. Drawing on an extensive literature review and three Delphi surveys, the report offered a clear snapshot of how these sectors are addressing climate change and social inequality. The findings provided an evidence base for Laudes Foundation’s strategic planning and a benchmark to track systemic change across its programmes. The project was realised in collaboration with 4CF.
The report is available here, with the methodology annex available here.
